Experteer Overview In this role you lead end-to-end data-science delivery for clinical-development and trial-operations problems.
You will shape analytical solutions, leverage ML, GenAI, and RWD to inform decisions, and ensure adoption across stakeholders.
You collaborate with clinical, operational, and data partners to translate outputs into measurable outcomes.
Your work advances innovative medicine initiatives and patient-focused insights at scale.

• Lead predictive modeling, simulations, optimization, and GenAI applications for study feasibility and operational planning.
• Utilize clinical, operational, cost, and real-world data to generate evidence on patient populations and treatment pathways.
• Lead real-world data analytics to support protocol feasibility, recruitment, and study design.
• Develop LLM-enabled workflows for information extraction, protocol comparison, and automation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, technology, and data stakeholders to translate outputs into recommendations.
• Apply model-validation, MLOps, privacy, data-quality,



and responsible-AI standards; contribute reusable code and data assets.
• Communicate methods and assumptions clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Mentor junior colleagues and strengthen delivery practices across project teams.
Responsabilidades • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline; PhD preferred.
• At least 5 years of industry experience leading end-to-end data-science solutions with ML, NLP, GenAI, or RWD analytics.
• Proven ability to define, validate, deploy, and drive adoption of analytical solutions informing clinical-development or real-world evidence decisions.
• Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured clinical or RWD data; multimodal modeling and time-series/simulation methods.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with modern ML, optimization, LLM-development libraries, and reproducible MLOps practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and technical-leadership skills.
