Experteer Overview In this role you drive high-velocity talent delivery for Malt's Integral and Enterprise Accounts in Spain, leveraging AI-driven sourcing and consultative client scoping.
You partner with Account Managers to translate complex briefs into precise, scalable placements, shaping how large organizations hire top freelance talent.
You will own delivery, negotiation, and ongoing account growth, fostering platform autonomy and long-term partnerships.

• Direct the end-to-end talent qualification and delivery cycle for the Spanish market using internal AI search tools and advanced screening
• Provide rapid, vetted candidate presentations aligned with complex enterprise briefs
• Manage ~30 live client opportunities across ~15 enterprise accounts with 100% adoption of AI search workflows and sub-8 week deal cycles
• Advise enterprise hiring managers on crisp technical briefings,
coach freelancers on profile positioning and rate expectations, and close contracts with favorable terms
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities and drive self-service adoption of Malt's platform by enterprise clients Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally as a 360 recruiter or in tech recruiting
• Experience scaling high-volume staffing pipelines and strong sales orientation
• Able to handle 30+ concurrent demands across multiple accounts without sacrificing speed or quality
• Maturity, diplomacy, and ability to push back on demanding clients and internal teams
