Assist customers with billing, invoicing, and account-related matters.
Troubleshoot account access and technical issues.
Guide, support, and train customers on the use of the company's products.
Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.
Maintain high service quality and meet customer satisfaction and quality targets.

A permanent contract will be offered after 2 years subject to the applicable conditions.
Private health and dental insurance will be provided after signing the employment contract, provided you already have a NIF and Social Security number.
