Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global governance of Supply and Production Planning, driving SAP IBP and S/4HANA alignment across the enterprise.
You will own the blueprint, ensure fit-to-standard design, and coordinate with IT and partners to realize the target operating model.
You will orchestrate cross-functional design, data readiness, and go-live readiness, enabling reliable demand signals and execution.
This is a hands-on, change-oriented leadership role that shapes planning processes at scale and accelerates transformation.

• Own the end-to-end global Supply and Production Planning process within the S/4HANA-IBP landscape
• Define and govern the global blueprint, aligned to the Target Operating Model and planning principles
• Drive fit-to-standard design leveraging SAP IBP with minimal customization
• Author global workflows and ensure alignment with S/4HANA execution
• Ensure data readiness and master data standardization across IBP and related systems
• Lead cross-functional design sessions and manage interfaces, data latency, and integration points
• Coordinate go-live readiness, change management, training, and cutover activities




• Lead UAT and validate end-to-end planning-to-execution handoffs in IBP and S/4HANA

• Hands-on IBP solution experience

• Experience in incident management/helpdesk and cross-functional project management
