• Prototype, Validate, Deploy via PoCs and industrialize successful patterns

• Proven experience with GenAI techniques and LLMs (RAG, long-context inference, prompt tuning, multi-modal integration)
• Strong Python skills, embedding models, and orchestration libraries (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalents)
• MLOps practices: versioning, CI/CD, model monitoring, reproducibility
• Independent, iterative delivery with data-driven decision making
• Understanding of vector search optimization and retrieval tuning
