Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 in EMEA.
The role focuses on remote technical assistance, escalation, and cross-functional collaboration with HCPs, SUS and FSEs, with on-site training opportunities internationally.Requirements include engineering degrees, strong problem-solving, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian.
The position is full-time and remote with international travel as needed.
