Solid understanding of application, API, cloud, infrastructure, network, and identity security
Strong knowledge of Cloud Security, Cloud environments, and Cloud Networking
translate business risk and technical context into meaningful testing objectives
stakeholder-managementandservice-managementskills, with experience coordinating external providers and complex security engagements
Excellent communication skillsandprofessional proficiency in English (fluent)
Technical credibility to challenge scopes, methodologies, estimates, limitations, and proposed tester profiles
Previous hands-on experience in penetration testing, Red Team, Security Engineering, or Security Architecture is highly valued
Own and lead the enterprise penetration-testing service, acting as Pentest Service Owner
Manage the pentest portfolio, connecting business risk, technical assurance, and delivery execution
Support risk-based prioritizationof testing activities and define meaningful testing objectives
Coordinate stakeholders and external providers, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines,



and expectations
Challenge and validate scopes, methodologies, and testing approaches to guarantee high-quality outcomes
Ensure the right capabilities and profiles are assigned to each engagement
Oversee service quality and continuous improvement of the pentest function
Contribute to theevolution of the servicethrough: Automation of processes and workflows
AI-supported testingand emerging offensive-security technologies
