Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics across the EMEA region.
You will support the Hugo robotic system and DS1 platform, explain complex technical issues to health care professionals, start-up specialists, and field engineers, and coordinate remote and occasional on-site assistance.
The role requires advanced engineering degrees, 4+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years with advanced degrees, and fluency in Portuguese, English, and Italian.
