Experteer Overview As Construction (Site) Logistics Manager, you will lead end-to-end logistics for large-scale projects, ensuring materials arrive on schedule to support delivery.
You will align logistics with project phases, manage vendor relationships, and optimize on-site inventory and transport.
Your work enables seamless site operations, reducing congestion and risk through proactive planning and data-driven tracking.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on project success and safety.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and implement logistics strategies for materials (steel, concrete, HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with specs and delivery timelines
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics including freight forwarding and customs clearance
• Oversee staging, storage, and just-in-time delivery to minimize site congestion
• Collaborate with construction managers and engineering teams to align logistics with project phases
• Implement risk mitigation strategies (buffer stock, alternative sourcing)
• Use ERP systems (SAP) and construction platforms to track procurement and delivery




• Maintain dashboards and reports on logistics performance Responsabilidades
• Degree in Construction Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in construction or infrastructure
• Experience with data center or large-scale industrial projects is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logistics
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and project management tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Spanish and very good English
