Reporting directly to the Country Managing Director and working in close partnership with the Country Marketing Director and Leadership Team, you'll define the product roadmap and drive its delivery in alignment with Pluxee's general vision.
You'll collaborate with the Country CIO and Global Product & Tech teams to ensure seamless execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
From strategic design to go-to-market execution, you'll be the driving force behind product innovation, ensuring that local business needs are met while contributing to a unified global product architecture.
Improves the global performance (revenue, cost, roi).
Develops new business opportunities to growth through product development and strategic product partnerships.
