Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist to support Hugo robotic-assisted surgery (RAS) and DS1 across the EMEA region. You will explain complex technical issues to Health Care Professionals, Start-up Specialists and Field Service Engineers in a remote capacity, with occasional onsite work.

The role requires a biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering background, 4+ years robotics experience, and fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian.
