Experteer Overview As Site Manager you drive on-site execution of Nordex wind farm projects, ensuring HSE, quality, and contractual standards are met while delivering scope safely, on time, and within budget.
You act as the main on-site representative, coordinating stakeholders and contractors to achieve project objectives.
You'll lead construction activities, manage the site team, and steer performance toward successful project close-out and continuous improvement.
This role offers hands-on impact in a global wind energy leader with exposure to diverse teams and technologies.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and manage all on-site project activities ensuring QHSE, site regulations, and contractual obligations are met throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee site execution from readiness to completion including setup, resources, schedule, costs, quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Serve as the primary on-site customer contact, coordinating with the Project Manager to align expectations and maintain relationships
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure contract compliance, quality, and timely delivery




• Coordinate and supervise the site team, monitor productivity and progress, and provide accurate reporting per governance plan
• Facilitate successful project close-out and continuous improvement through documentation, training, and lessons learned initiatives Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field; other backgrounds considered with 5–7 years wind industry experience
• 3–5 years of site management experience, preferably in wind energy or large-scale construction
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel extensively for project execution
• Working knowledge of internal systems and tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Upvise, Windchill, Team Center, Quentic, CEIS)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
