You will provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 analytics platform, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and field service teams.
You will escalate issues, collaborate with peers, and drive continuous improvement while occasionally offering onsite training across international sites.
Regular hours are 8:*:30 CET with rotating on-call coverage.
