Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You translate brands and reference sites into tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
This role focuses on fast, scalable systems across multiple client brands, with fluency in Figma variables, autos, and a strong portfolio. You will work remotely with US hours in a design-first, systems-driven studio.
