Ethos is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to support clients across Spain in a fully remote role.
You will guide customers to success with strategic adoption of our SaaS platform and foster long-term partnerships.As a remote-first position, you will onboard clients, monitor health, conduct business reviews, and advocate for customer needs with cross-functional teams.
Fluency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.
