????????:As Cloud Engineer – Deployment and Support within our Digital Technology Service Quality team, you will build, deploy, and support enterprise infrastructure across Cloud – owning what you deploy from automated provisioning through to day-two operations.

Based within Sanofi's Digital Technology organization, you'll sit at the heart of our digital transformation – delivering secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure that powers business-critical applications for thousands of users worldwide.
This role reports into the Service Quality team and directly enables Sanofi's mission of chasing the miracles of science.
??????:Deploy and operate enterprise infrastructure across AWS and Azure
- landing zones, virtual networks, compute, containers (Kubernetes), databases, storage, and PaaS components
- from requirement through to validated production handoverAutomate everything using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet), ensuring deployments are repeatable, version-controlled, and auditableOwn incident and problem management
- provide L2/L3 support, drive down MTTR through structured troubleshooting and runbooks, and contribute to Root Cause Analysis for high-impact issuesExecute and govern change
- raise, plan, and represent infrastructure changes at the Change Advisory Board (CAB), with full risk assessment and rollback proceduresBuild observability
- onboard CIs into Datadog and Splunk, define meaningful alerts, and build dashboards that give clear visibility of infrastructure healthChampion security and compliance
- enforce hardening baselines, least-privilege access, patch compliance,



and vulnerability remediation SLAs across all supported infrastructure??????????:Substantial hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise infrastructure in large-scale, global, multi-vendor environmentsProficiency in AWS or Azure across computer, networking, storage, identity, and PaaS hands-on with Docker and KubernetesTerraform (preferred), Ansible or equivalent scripting in PowerShell, Python, or BashCI/CD with Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub ActionsServiceNow (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) strong ITIL/ITSM knowledgeDatadog and Splunk experienceOwnership mindset, calm under pressure, rigorous around change control, clear communicator across technical and business audiencesEnglish required????? ??????: regulated industry background (pharma, life sciences) is a plus; additional languages a plus???????:General scale
