Experteer Overview In this role, you will architect and lead a global Project Business Quality model that makes quality a strategic differentiator for Hager's project-based solutions.
You will govern quality across the entire lifecycle—from specification to after-sales—and ensure integrated performance of hardware, software, engineering, and applications.
You'll drive early risk identification, containment of issues, and data-driven improvements with cross-functional partners.
This position offers high visibility to shape customer trust and project outcomes while delivering measurable reductions in cost of poor quality.

• Strengthen solution-level quality, integrating hardware, software, engineering and applications
• Lead field quality and major customer issue management with robust root-cause analysis and CAPA
• Quantify and reduce Cost of Poor Quality and warranty exposure through preventive actions
• Lead quality governance across Ru**D, Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain,



Sales and Group Quality
• Develop dashboards and governance to provide fact-based visibility on quality performance
• Coordinate partner qualification, onboarding, audits and improvement with panel builders and installers
• Embed quality ownership and accountability across regions and functions Responsabilidades
• Strong quality, engineering or operations leadership in international, project-driven environments
• Experience with complex electrical systems, engineered solutions or similar
• Understanding of system, solution and application quality beyond product conformity
• Proven work with customer quality, field quality, complaints and warranty topics
• Knowledge of quality risk management, standards (ISO **, CE) and improvement methodologies (8D, FMEA, Six Sigma)
• Experience defining governance, processes and KPIs across functions and regions
• Experience in electrical distribution, switchgear, panel building, system integration or EPC environments Requisitos principales •
