Experteer Overview In this role you will drive health and safety culture assessment and transformation for diverse clients across industry sectors in Southern Europe.
You will work with senior leaders from boots to boardroom to embed human performance and safety culture into operations.
You'll deliver high?quality technical work, coach leadership, and guide multi-site transformation programs, leveraging ERM's integrated risk, sustainability and technology approach.
This position offers significant travel and a hybrid setup from Milan, with opportunities to shape safety and culture at scale.

• Develop and maintain client relationships and support multi-site culture assessments and transformation implementations across sites in Italy and Southern Europe
• Contribute to business development in Italy and Southern Europe, including proposal writing and client engagement
• Lead top management masterclasses in leadership engagement, risk management and safety culture, including cascading training and leadership interventions
• Design and support transformation activities through leadership behavior change programmes and front-line coaching
• Collaborate with ERM specialists globally to share knowledge and adopt innovative human performance tools




• Mentor and coach colleagues in human performance measurement and safety leadership
• Coordinate travel to headquarters and sites to deliver client work

• Operational HSE risk management experience across organization levels using Human Performance tools and related models
• Experience guiding senior management in health u safety leadership and transformation through training or coaching roles
• Experience with HSE Management Systems and accreditation in health and safety (desirable)
• Ability to lead projects, guide clients and deliver high?quality technical work
