As our O2C Process Excellence Senior Analyst, you play a key role in the Order-to-Cash journey.
You will help translate financial policies into a "Touchless" reality, working closely with our Finance Transformation team to connect our Technical Platforms with the local operational reality.THE JOURNEYTranslate Rules into Reality: Work closely with our Billing, Tax and Accounting SMEs.
Gather their requirements and help translate them into Process Blueprints and technical specifications.Support the "Touchless" Flow: Help design and document the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product and Commercial teams to help ensure new business lines are designed with automation in mind from the start.Standardization Support: Help identify manual "workarounds" in local markets and support the adoption of integral automated standards.
