Experteer Overview In this role you will define and enhance end-to-end processes to strengthen operational resilience and business continuity, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as DORA.
You will partner with business and technology teams to keep processes efficient, well-governed, and aligned with service objectives.
You will drive continuous improvement across the organization and contribute to BIA/BCP/DR testing within a regulated financial services environment.
The position offers flexible working from home up to 40% and a chance to shape resilience strategy for a major European exchange group.
