People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Customer Service Advisor – eCommerce (Dutch) to join their team in Benalmádena.
The Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor will support eCommerce customers across multiple channels, handling enquiries, complaints and more complex issues while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure while accurately documenting customer interactions.
