AtCipherbit, part of Grupo Oesía, we are looking for aSenior Project Manager with experience in ASIC / PRS productsto lead complex technology programmes in theSpace, Defence and Critical Systems sectorsfrom our site inRivas-Vaciamadrid, Spain.
We are looking for an experienced professional combiningproject leadership, technical understanding and customer management,with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and successfully delivercomplex engineering programmes throughout their lifecycle.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE?
Lead complexengineering and technology projectsfrom initial definition through integration, validation and delivery.
Coordinatemultidisciplinary engineering, integration and validation teams, ensuring alignment across technical and operational activities.
Manageplanning, costs, milestones, contractual commitments and project risks.
MonitorKPIs, SLAs, project performance and financial evolution, identifying deviations and defining corrective actions.
Manageresource planning, workload forecasts, costs and revenue evolutionthroughout the project lifecycle.
Identifytechnical and organisational risks, defining mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Act as themain interface with customers and industrial partners,



providing executive reporting and ensuring effective project communication.
Coordinaterequirements management, system integration and the technical evolutionof the solutions developed.
Ensure thetechnical quality of project deliverablesand the correct execution of development plans.
Contribute tobusiness development activities and the definition of new technological opportunities.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Degree inEngineering or another relevant technical discipline.
More than5 years of professional experience managing complex engineering or technology projects.
Professional experience inSpace, Defence or Critical Systems, with previous experience in theSpace sectorparticularly valued.
Experience withASIC / PRS products or programmesand technologically complex systems.
Demonstrated experience leadingmultidisciplinary technical teams.
Experience in theend-to-end management of engineering and technology development projects, including planning, cost, risk and delivery management.
Experience inSystems Engineering and full development lifecycleswill be highly valued.
Knowledge ofcritical systems, secure communications or cryptographywill be highly valued.
Experience withHW/SW integration and system verification, validation or certificationwill be highly valued.
High level of English, both for technical environments and project/customer management.
