Highberg, a European transformation consultancy, is seeking a Payroll Specialist for Managed Payroll & Transition based in Spain (Granada).
You will ensure accurate monthly Dutch payroll, embed changes in processes and systems, and support go-lives and year-ends from a remote-heavy, hybrid setup.
You will work within a Dutch-speaking payroll team, handle client visits to the Netherlands roughly monthly, and collaborate closely with partners to drive payroll projects forward.
