Experteer Overview In this role you will support clients with outsourced accounting and finance operations, enabling accurate reporting and compliant tax filings.
You will work within EY GDS in Malaga to contribute to digital transformation projects and implement solid back-office processes.
Expect cross-functional collaboration and hands-on work with accounting closures, treasury activities, and system updates.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Manage and verify supplier invoices, resolve processing discrepancies and oversee payment workflows
• Prepare adhesion contracts, manage billing, and record information in the accounting system
• Post issued and received invoices, reconcile accounts
• Oversee purchase orders, create orders, log requests in the accounting system, monitor status and resolve supplier issues




• Perform reconciliations and bank position checks
• Provide back-office treasury support: guarantee management, cash management, and reporting
• Execute and review Spanish PGC accounting closures
• Prepare and present taxes (VAT, CIT, withholding tax, Intrastat, etc.)
• Update master data across systems (SAP, billing programs, etc.) Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration and Management
• Professional experience in accounting process outsourcing projects
• Experience preparing financial closures
