As a Technical Program Manager in Long Term Planning, you own the end-to-end process that converts demand forecasts, building plans, and targets into a coherent European network plan. You collaborate with 20+ partner teams to secure inputs, validate data, and drive aligned decisions. You’ll automate reporting and present concise updates to senior leadership, focusing on scalable, repeatable planning. This role sits at the heart of optimizing delivery speed, cost to serve, and customer experience.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage the planning calendar end-to-end for planning cycles and keep multiple partner teams aligned
• Own the input intake process, define quality standards, build validation checks, and enforce them
• Translate business questions into scenarios, run them through planning tools,



and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and automate reporting views to compare plan vs prior plan and communicate changes
• Prepare data-backed status updates and leadership review documents
• Drive open decisions to closure and track actions
• Identify manual, slow, or error-prone steps and partner with engineers and analysts xghoner to fix root causes
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of software development and project management concepts
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience in making data driven business decisions
• Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI)
• English fluency
