Experteer Overview In this role you will support sales by creating technical and commercial tenders for configurable equipment and engineering solutions.
You'll collaborate with sales, product managers, and manufacturing to ensure accurate specifications, competitive pricing, and high-quality submissions.
The role drives business growth, customer satisfaction, and successful delivery of complex opportunities in an international setting.
You'll combine technical insight with commercial awareness to influence tender outcomes and transformation initiatives.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions across projects and tenders
• Support the sales process from lead generation through negotiation with technical and commercial input
• Analyze customer requirements, perform equipment sizing, and recommend optimal solutions
• Develop quotations and commercial offers using dedicated tools
• Manage opportunities, accounts, and project data in Salesforce and related systems
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, product managers, and manufacturing sites for accurate proposals
• Complete technical documentation and customer data sheets for tender submissions
• Support pricing activities including special pricing assessments and non-standard proposals
• Coordinate and monitor quotation activities for large and strategic projects
• Identify opportunities to improve quotation tools, processes, and operational efficiency




• Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain technical/commercial documentation
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and support cross-functional teams
• Contribute to business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Technical Engineering degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years in tendering, application engineering, or technical sales support in the water sector
• Knowledge of industrial processes related to Sulzer equipment
• Experience evaluating technical requirements and configuring engineered products
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary international teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills for markets supported Requisitos principales
