Experteer Overview In this role you drive and shape engineering capability across GE Vernova as part of Engineer **.
You will blueprint workforce analytics, skills taxonomies, and talent mobility to enable rapid, proactive deployment of engineers to critical challenges.
You'll work with cross-functional leaders to align talent strategy with business needs and leverage AI-enabled tools to improve decision quality and speed.
This is a high-impact program architect role with executive visibility and a focus on transforming engineering culture and outcomes.

• Strong data fluency and ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations
• Experience leading without direct authority in a general matrix organization
