The Role:

You'll be part of the HR Dream Team. Yes, you read it correctly. Joining forces with Lucia, Marketa, Claudia and Jessica.
Now, let's break down your day-to-day:
Work with different tools like Excel, HRIS, Confluence and many more.



Learn to use them, and become a master at it
Take part in the onboarding of new talent.
Contribute to HR projects, such as performance reviews, employee surveys, and training programs.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Aid in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Helping with day-to-day office operation and logistic tasks in the Barcelona office.

You are an active student in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR/Psychology or a recent graduate able to

Have great communication and interpersonal skills.
You know how to use Drive, Gmail, Google Meet, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
Out of the box thinker with a creative mindset coming up with great ideas.
You know how to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

You have a professional level of
