As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Spanish and Italian markets, you will be a key player in the development of our activity in both countries.
You will support Mettler Toledo's growth by driving new talent attraction initiatives, improving interview assessments, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience — while acting as a trusted talent acquisition partner for hiring managers and internal colleagues.
In this position, you will add your personal touch and help shape improve our recruitment practices.

You will manage around * recruitments per year across a variety of profiles (technicians, telemarketers, C-level executives), working across multiple locations — in Spanish and Italian.
Your Missions: Ownership: Manage end-to-end recruitments for the Spanish and Italian markets — job posting, candidate assessment, closing, and extending offers.
Talent attraction: Develop creative ways to attract candidates on LinkedIn and beyond (employer branding initiatives, referral programs, new channels for hard-to-fill roles), building a sourcing strategy whenever possible.
Partnership with hiring managers : Act as a talent acquisition partner from the intake meeting onward, designing processes that ensure a thorough assessment of candidates and a great experience for everyone.




Candidate assessment : Establish efficient ways to assess candidates during interviews (interview methodologies, assessment tests, etc.).
Leadership: Handle * recruitments per year across multi-location sites — sales field representatives, C-levels, field service technicians, telemarketers — in Spanish and Italian.
Employer branding: Participate in Mettler Toledo's employer branding activities and develop new partnerships for both of your markets when needed.
Improvement of practices : Share best practices and continuously look for new ways to improve our processes, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Specialists across Europe.
