The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, deep troubleshooting, and clear documentation.You will collaborate with the SOC/NOC teams, participate in on-call duties, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with German as a plus.
