Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 AI-powered analytics platform to support HCPs, SUS and FSEs across EMEA.
This is a full-time remote role requiring excellent communication and the ability to explain complex technical issues.
The position offers mostly remote work with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally, standard hours 8:*:30 CET, and on-call coverage.
