About the Role
Our client, a distinguished firm celebrated for its elegant residential and interior designs, is seeking a talented Arquitecto de Diseño Residencial y de Interiores to join their team.
While based conceptually around León, Guanajuato, MX, this position offers full remote flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere.
This role is perfect for a designer who can blend architectural principles with sophisticated interior design, creating harmonious and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
You will be involved in all phases of residential projects, from initial concept development and client consultations to detailed design and specification of finishes.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio of residential projects, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional homes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop architectural plans and interior layouts for residential propertiesCollaborate with clients to understand their aesthetic preferences, functional needs, and budgetCreate detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizationsSelect and specify interior finishes, materials, furniture, and lightingEnsure design compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirementsManage design phases from concept through to construction documentationCoordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless executionStay updated on current design trends, innovative materials,



and home technologiesPresent design concepts and updates to clients through virtual meetingsMaintain a high standard of design quality and client satisfactionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior DesignMinimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture and interior designStrong portfolio showcasing a range of residential design stylesProficiency in architectural and interior design software (e.
