Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo robotic-assisted system and DS1 in EMEA.
You will explain complex technical issues to health care professionals, SUS and FSEs, leveraging strong problem-solving in a medical operating room context.
The role emphasizes remote support with some on-site training across domestic and international sites, working hours 8:*:30 CET, and on-call coverage.
Fluency in PT, EN, IT is required.
