Experteer Overview In this role you will plan and execute regional event programs to support sales and lead generation, aligning with Tesla's brand and communications.
You will manage cross-functional collaboration to deliver engaging campaigns, test-drive events, and product launches, while coordinating content and vendor involvement.
You'll work closely with Sales Campaign leadership to scale events across Southern Europe and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for a creative organizer who shapes experiences that convert interest into leads.

• Create and maintain a centralized event calendar for regional marketing events, including test drives, lead gen events, and external showcases
• Develop in-store programs and email campaigns to nurture existing leads and generate new ones
• Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging for promotional materials and sales enablement collateral
• Lead content production initiatives (video, photography) with central team
• Coordinate and manage external agencies and vendors as needed




• Ensure compliance with general brand strategy and corporate identity across events and materials Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in digital marketing and integrated marcomms
• Experience organizing end-to-end corporate events in the region
• Educational background in business administration, marketing, or communications (or relevant professional experience)
• Excellent writing and editing skills; fluency in English and Spanish required
• Strong analytical abilities and cross-functional problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Result-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude and leadership potential
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
