Bison is looking for an EU Commercial Developer to join our team in Valencia.

This position will support business growth across the European retail market through data-driven insights, commercial analysis and market intelligence. The role connects commercial strategy with operational execution, with a strong focus on optimizing the value chain and retail performance.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze Sell-in and Sell-out data.
- Support sales forecasting and maintain KPI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze European retailers, competitors and market trends.
- Identify potential retail partners and support commercial proposals.
- Support pricing, margin and brand investment analysis.
- Analyze the end-to-end value chain.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Marketing and Finance.

What we’re looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in commercial analysis, retail or a similar role. Strong internship experience will also be considered.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and data modeling.
- Knowledge of the European retail market and value chain.
- Professional English and Spanish.
- Power BI, Tableau or ERP experience is a plus.
- Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

What we offer

- €27,000 gross annual salary, and plus variable compensation.
- Versátil work policy: 38 remote-work days and 6 personal days.
- Office schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the remaining working hours completed remotely.
