NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to deliver remote technical support, identify and resolve incidents, and drive timely resolutions to meet SLA targets.

The role includes monitoring service delivery, using assurance tools, updating knowledge bases, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or computing and associate networking certifications are preferred.
