We’re looking for fluent Spanish speakers with a passion for customer service and technical support to join our Customer Care team in November & December in Lisbon.

You’ll be the voice of the brand across different channels, helping customers with their questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

- Respond to customer queries through phone, email & chat online.
- Provide clear, accurate information and effective solutions.
- Manage complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Communicate with empathy while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.
- Follow established quality standards and company procedures.
- Meet individual productivity and performance targets.

What You Bring

- Fluent Spanish , both written and spoken.
- Intermediate English (B1/B2) .
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute .
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced digital environment.

Contract & Working Conditions

- 12-month initial contract , with the possibility of renewal.
- Full-time:



40 hours per week .
- 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule .
- Flight ticket reimbursement according to company policy.

- Base Salary: €1,366.17/month
