Experteer Overview As Legal Advisor in Barcelona, you will partner with the business to provide practical, risk-based legal guidance across the medicine lifecycle.
You will help navigate healthcare, commercial, data protection, competition, digital/tech, and IP matters, translating complexity into workable solutions.
You will collaborate across the Novartis Legal network to deliver simpler, smarter, digitally enabled legal support.

• Support across the medicine lifecycle, including market access, medical affairs, marketing, promotion, and loss of exclusivity.
• Provide guidance on Spanish healthcare, commercial, competition, data protection, digital and technology matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships in compliance with law and company policies.
• Identify legal risks and opportunities early, offering clear,



proportionate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage disputes and coordinate external counsel as needed.
• Collaborate across the Novartis Legal network and leverage digital tools to streamline legal support.
