Giesecke + Devrient Mobile Security TCD Iberia S.L. is seeking a Temporary Customer Support Engineer (L1) to join our 24/7 Operations team in Sant Joan Despí (BCN).
You will be the first point of contact for customers, perform initial troubleshooting, and manage tickets end-to-end while rotating through 24/7 shifts.
The role requires a proactive IT mindset, basic Linux knowledge, and familiarity with ITIL and service-management concepts.
