Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with Iberia leadership to translate global HR strategy into pragmatic people solutions across Spain and Portugal.
You will drive cyclical HR processes, coach senior leaders, and influence decision-making with a data-informed, commercially grounded mindset.
You will balance global frameworks with local realities in a matrixed environment, leading regional programmes and ensuring alignment with business growth priorities.

• Own and deliver cyclical HR processes (performance, talent, succession) in a matrixed environment
• Coach senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness and performance culture

• Proven HRBP experience in a multinational environment, ideally insurance/financial services
• Strong data/metrics literacy to guide decisions
• Exposure to Employee Relations and case management, with employment law knowledge for Spain and Portugal
• Strong business acumen with a track record of impact through people initiatives
• Ability to balance priorities and drive strategic cross-boundary initiatives
• Excellent project management, organization, prioritization, and multitasking
• Business understanding of matrixed environments
