Customer Experience Specialist (Dutch)
to join their team in Valencia.
A Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist role with an international e-commerce company, focused on customer support, complex case resolution, cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.
Critical Requirements
Native/near-native Dutch and fluent English
Minimum 1 year of fast-paced customer-facing experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Calm and resilient under pressure
Comfortable working with KPIs and multiple channels
Based in or near Valencia, with EU work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)
Available to start ASAP
