Medtronic in Madrid is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics.
You will provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
You will escalate issues, troubleshoot complex service requests, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Occasional on-site training is possible domestically and internationally, with CET hours 8:*:30 and on-call rotation.
