Livensa Living in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an Asset Analyst to bridge the financial and investment side of the business with the operational performance of our properties.

You will support long-term asset strategy, conduct market and catchment analysis, assist with renovation projects, perform site visits and advise the Senior Asset Manager.

The idóneo candidate has 2+ years in asset management for shopping centers, retail or hospitality and a BA or BS degree or equivalent.
