Invenia Search seeks a Founders Associate to learn directly from the founders and help build a healthtech startup. You will work on strategic projects, assist with budgeting, reporting, recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day operations while developing dashboards using AI tools to monitor performance.

Fully remote across Europe with equity on offer, the role provides broad exposure to strategy, finance, operations and people as the company scales and priorities shift.
