I'm looking for 2 Forward Deployed Engineers for a long-term project with an international pharmaceutical organisation, focused on building innovative AI solutions and delivering business impact.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered MVPs, from discovery to implementation.
- Work directly with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Build GenAI and agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, Lambda, S3 and API Gateway.
- Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Integrate enterprise data using Snowflake and ensure security and governance standards.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML or data engineering.
- Strong Python and SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and production-grade GenAI/agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with RAG, agent orchestration and LLM evaluation.
- Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.
- Strong stakeholder management and end-to-end MVP delivery experience.

Pharma or other regulated-industry experience is a plus.
