TMRW SILICON, Valencia, Spain, seeks a Head of AI to design, build and run self-hosted AI systems that teams rely on daily. You will own AI end to end—from GPUs to agents to people who use them—deciding where models run, which models to use, and how to turn them into practical tools that scale with the company.
You will lead a high-performing AI/ML and infrastructure team, set standards, ensure governance, and drive adoption across the organization, while balancing performance, security and cost
