You will explain complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, SUS and field engineers while supporting the Hugo robotic system and DS1 analytics platform in a remote, globally distributed role.

Responsibilities include remote troubleshooting, escalation handling, collaboration with peers, and ownership of continuous improvement.
