As a Cook, you will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring compliance with the highest quality, food safety, and service standards of The Ritz-Carlton. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to company recipes, procedures, and quality standards. Ensuring that all food items are prepared in accordance with established quality, presentation, and food safety standards. Conducting daily checks to verify the quality, freshness, and proper storage of products. Maintaining appropriate stock levels within the assigned station and reporting replenishment needs when necessary. Monitoring food preservation methods and controlling storage and cooking temperatures.



Contributing to an exceptional dining experience by consistently producing high-quality dishes. Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of guest and company information. Vocational Training Diploma in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or equivalent qualification. Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role within hotels, restaurants, or food service establishments. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous experience in a five-star hotel, luxury resort, or fine dining restaurant. Additional training in specialized culinary techniques, pastry, international cuisine, or food safety. Knowledge of quality and service standards within international luxury hospitality brands. Experience working in high-volume kitchen operations while maintaining exceptional quality and presentation standards.
