About the Role

Affiliate & Partnerships Lead We are looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Lead to build and scale a high-performing affiliate channel as a core acquisition engine. This role will own the strategy, expand and activate a strong affiliate base, and drive measurable revenue growth through structured performance partnerships. This is a builder role for someone with a demonstrated track record of turning affiliate into a meaningful, revenue-driving acquisition channel, with hands-on experience in Impact and other leading affiliate platforms.

Responsibilities

- Own and scale the affiliate program end-to-end within Impact
- Develop the channel strategy, commission structures, and partner tiers
- Proactively recruit, onboard, and activate high-quality affiliates
- Identify new verticals and growth opportunities within the affiliate channel
- Negotiate placements, content integrations, and performance-based deals
- Monitor attribution, incrementality, and ROI
- Optimize partner performance through structured testing and incentive models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle,



and brand teams to align promotions and campaigns
- Establish reporting frameworks and performance benchmarks

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance partnerships
- Hands-on experience managing and scaling programs within Impact
- Proven track record of growing affiliate-driven revenue
- Strong understanding of attribution models and CAC management
- Experience recruiting and activating partners proactively
- Ability to build processes and structure from the ground up
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with paid media, lifecycle, product, and brand teams
