What You'll Do
* Define coaches' positioning, messaging and content strategy
* Produce organic and paid content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
* Optimise content for engagement, conversion and app installs using performance data
* Spot emerging trends, formats and narratives that make coaches stand out What We're Looking For
* 3–6+ years in social media marketing, creator marketing or content strategy
* Experience working with creators, influencers or coaches
* Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok and short-form video
* Strong storytelling and copywriting skills
